Every member at Sanctum House of Wellness is entitled to two complimentary sessions with a personal trainer. The Hyperice Recovery Station is equipped with advanced recovery tools such as massage guns, massage balls, and rollers, designed to help you recover faster and reduce muscle soreness after your workout.

We offer personalized training programs designed to align with your individual fitness goals, all under the expert guidance of our certified and experienced trainers. Membership
Make sure your membership number is not used by anyone else. If it is, your membership will be canceled without any refund. Also, your membership won't be valid until your photograph is recorded in our system to prevent fraud.
Membership can be transferred once to someone who is not a current or ex-member of the gym. This is a paid service.
Membership can be renewed by connecting our friendly frontdesk team, and by paying the prevailing fee and following the terms and conditions in force at the time.
Members must scan their face or finger for access on each visit. Entry is only permitted with a valid membership, and any pending dues must be cleared.
Even if the club shuts down, you are liable to work out in any other Sanctum’s Gym within a 10 km radius. Memberships are non-refundable.

You may obtain personal insurance at your own discretion and expense for any loss, injury, or damage that might occur while using the gym facilities.

Membership Refund Policy
A: Memberships:
Memberships at Sanctum House of Wellness are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the club is shut down, you are entitled to continue your workouts at any other Sanctums’s center within a 10 km radius.
B. Freelance Memberships:
Freelance memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances.
C. Personal Training Sessions:
Any personal training sessions not completed within the validity period will be considered null and void, regardless of the reason (including medical). Sanctum House of Wellness is not obligated to conduct the missed sessions or provide a refund. Personal training fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a trainer's resignation, termination, or any other reason that prevents the trainer from providing the sessions, management will assign another trainer to continue your training.
Membership Freeze Policy
Freezing is allowed only on yearly gym memberships. Members are allowed to freeze their membership for up to 30 days per year, which can be divided into two 15-day periods. Please note that freezing is a paid service and cannot be applied to any portion of the membership period that has already elapsed.
You can process the request at any Sanctum House of Wellness branch. Further details regarding the same can be acquired from the front desk of the respective branches.

Medical Extension
